PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Neutral Cleaner is a water-soluble, biodegradable cleaner formulated
to have a balance pH. It has penetrating surfactants and emulsifiers.
The product is formulated to be low-sudsing. As a free-rinsing product,
Neutral Cleaner will penetrate soils and leave the surface neutral and
with no residue.
DILUTION INFORMATION
Light Soil: 1 part product to 30 parts water.
Medium Soil: 1 part product to 20 parts water.
Heavy Soil: 1 part product to 10 parts water.

APPLICATION
Apply product with a spray bottle. Sponge or wipe surface to be cleaned.
Rinse with water. Towel, or let air dry. Can be used in a scrubbing
machine or mop & bucket application.
